Ultimate Equine Apparel Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Ultimate Equine!  We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.  Please read our shipping policy carefully:

1.  Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped approx. 3-5 weeks after being placed.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed.  

2.  Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery times ranging from 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
  

3.  Dropshipping

• Some of our products are dropshipped directly from our trusted suppliers.
• Dropshipped items may have different shipping times and delivery estimates.  These items may take an additional 3-7 business day to arrive, depending on the supplier's processing times.
• If your order includes both dropshipped and non-dropshipped items, they will be shipped seperately and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

4.  Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order
• Free shipping may be available for some orders that are small enough to ship through lettermail.  

5.  International Shipping

• Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada and the US.
